What is Law of Attraction?

The Law of Attraction (LOA) is a universal principle that says:
👉 “You attract into your life whatever you focus on — whether positive or negative.”

In simple words — your thoughts, feelings, and beliefs send out energy or vibrations to the universe, and the universe responds by giving you similar experiences.

đź’« Core Idea:

  • Like attracts like.

  • If you focus on positive thoughts, you attract positive results (love, money, health, success).

  • If you constantly think negative, you attract negative situations (stress, lack, problems).

đź’ˇ Example:

If you keep saying and believing,

“Mujhse kabhi kuch accha nahi hota,”
you’ll attract more situations that confirm that belief.

But if you shift to,

“Main har din better ho raha hoon, opportunities mere paas aa rahi hain,”
then your mindset and actions align with abundance — and life begins to reflect that.

⚙️ How It Works:

  1. Ask: Be clear about what you want.

  2. Believe: Have faith that it’s already coming to you.

  3. Receive: Feel grateful and act as if it’s already yours.

How to use Law of Attraction?

1 — Get crystal clear (decide, specifically)

Be exact about what you want. Vague = weak signals.
Do this now: write one sentence that answers who, what, when, where, why (if helpful).
Example: “I want ₹50,000 extra income from freelance design projects in the next 60 days so I can pay rent and save.”

2 — Find the feeling (feel it like it’s real)

Ask: If this were already true, how would I feel? — calm, excited, relieved, proud?
Practice: close your eyes for 60 seconds and tune into that feeling.

3 — Remove inner blocks (identify limiting beliefs)

Journal for 5–10 minutes on: Why could this NOT happen? Write every worry. Then rewrite each into a supportive belief.
Example rewrite: “I don’t have enough skills” → “I am learning the skills and getting paid for them.”

4 — Create a short, present-tense affirmation

Rules: present tense, positive, short, believable. Repeat daily.
Examples:

  • Money: “I attract paid opportunities that increase my income.”

  • Relationship: “I am in a loving, respectful relationship that nourishes me.”

  • Career: “I am gaining clients who value my work.”

5 — Visualize with sensory detail (5 minutes)

A quick script you can use now:

  1. Sit comfortably, breathe 3 slow deep breaths.

  2. See the scene: where are you, who’s with you, what are you doing? Use sounds, smells, colors.

  3. Feel the emotion (joy, relief). Hold 1–2 minutes.

  4. Finish with gratitude: “Thank you.”

Do this daily — morning or evening.

6 — Script your day / Scripting exercise

Write a short “day in the life” as if your desire already happened. Be specific: conversations, money numbers, tasks, emotions. 5–15 minutes.

7 — Take inspired action (non-negotiable)

LOA ≠ passive wishing. Make a list of 3 small, immediate actions you can take in the next 24–72 hours that move you toward the goal. Do at least one daily.

8 — Gratitude + Receive

Every evening write 3 things you’re grateful for — including small signs of progress. Gratitude raises your vibration and opens you to receive.

9 — Detach and trust

After you’ve set the intention, visualized, acted, and felt gratitude — practice letting go. Use a phrase like: “I’m open to how this arrives.” Then return to living.

10 — Track, notice signs, and adjust

Keep a simple tracker (journal or notes). Note:

  • Synchronicities or helpful ideas.

  • Emotions — are you more hopeful or fearful?

  • Actions completed.
    If progress stalls, re-examine clarity and limiting beliefs, and change your actions.
